Tertiary structure of protein is characterized by the “global” folding of a polypeptide chain [1] and mostly affected by Hydrophobic(purple)(polar(blue)) interaction and hydrogen bonding. i am al little confused-- I see the hydrophilic residues, but are there only three hydrophobic residues? Is this what you meant to convey?

I looked through your project and it is clear that you did a lot of work and tried your very best to illustrate the tertiary structure. It seems you did not quite understand the assignment fully or I was not clear. Regardless, you may some errors in presenting the data. I can show the many errors that marred your presentation. The errors included missing information, confusing labeling schemes, and errors in content.

You are welcome to try again, and I can provide a few more pointers to help increase your score. You may have until sunday evening to finish if you like. Please let me know.
