This Sandbox is Reserved from March 6, 2011, through May 15, 2011 for use by the Center for Molecular and Comparative Endocrinology at the University of New Hampshire in Durham, NH, with instruction by Wayne Decatur. This reservation includes Sandbox Reserved 171 through Sandbox Reserved 185.
To get started:
  • Click the edit this page tab at the top. Save the page after each step, then edit it again.
  • Click the 3D button (when editing, above the wikitext box) to insert Jmol.
  • show the Scene authoring tools, create a molecular scene, and save it. Copy the green link into the page.
  • Add a description of your scene. Use the buttons above the wikitext box for bold, italics, links, headlines, etc.

To have a scene play in the window when the page loads, edit the applet tag (above this text in the editing view or press the 3D button just above this text box to paste a new one) to specify the scene you saved, such as with the text '  scene='Sandbox/TestScene/1'   .'
In the editing window, it should look something like this when you are done:

You'd copy, paste and edit that line of text in editing mode to make another 3D Jmol applet window, or simply click the 3D button and edit appropriately again.
