Green links and accented characters

I cannot use accented characters inside green links.

If I try e.g. <scene>sólo el agua</scene> the page only shows "ólo el agua". That is, everything before the first accented character is truncated.

If I try <scene>s&oacute;lo el agua</scene> no page content is displayed, just an error XML error: Undeclared entity error at line 1
