Function
[ZHX3_HUMAN] Acts as a transcriptional repressor. Involved in the early stages of mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) osteogenic differentiation. Is a regulator of podocyte gene expression during primary glomerula disease. Binds to promoter DNA.[1] [2]
