[TRI39_HUMAN] E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase. May facilitate apoptosis by inhibiting APC/C-Cdh1-mediated poly-ubiquitination and subsequent proteasome-mediated degradation of the pro-apoptotic protein MOAP1.[1] [2]
