Function
GAPN_THETE Catalyzes the irreversible NAD(P)-dependent non-phosphorylating oxidation of glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate (GAP) to 3-phosphoglycerate (3PG). It is highly specific for D-GAP.[1] [2]
